By using EnjoWork you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use our service. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
2. The service
EnjoWork is a marketplace that connects customers with verified independent service professionals. We are not the employer of any professional listed on the platform and do not perform the service ourselves. Each booking creates a direct contract between you and the professional.
3. Bookings and payments
- Every booking is subject to OTP verification at the end of the job to
prevent fake completions.
- Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as selected. You may
cancel at any time — subscriptions run until the end of the current billing cycle.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
4. Reviews
Reviews are only accepted after an OTP-verified job completion. Fake, misleading or offensive reviews will be removed and may result in account suspension.
5. Professional responsibilities
Professionals must keep their profiles accurate, honour accepted bookings and conduct themselves professionally. EnjoWork may deactivate profiles that repeatedly cancel, receive poor reviews or violate these terms.
6. Limitations
- EnjoWork is not responsible for the quality of any specific job
delivered by a professional, though we do our best to verify credentials before listing.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is
limited to the subscription fee you have paid in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
