Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel a service request at any time before it enters the "In progress" state by tapping Cancel on the request in your bookings. No charge applies.

Subscription refunds

  • If you subscribe by mistake or change your mind, email

billing@enjowork.com within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.

  • After 7 days subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can downgrade

or cancel auto-renewal at any time.

Service quality disputes

EnjoWork does not collect payment for the service itself — you pay the professional directly. If a job is incomplete or unsatisfactory: 1. Reach out to the professional first through the contact details provided after they accept. 2. If unresolved, email support@enjowork.com within 5 days of the job completion. We will mediate in good faith. 3. For reviewed jobs, leaving an honest rating is the most effective way to warn other users.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.

Not eligible for refund

  • Subscription fees for periods already used.
  • Completed and OTP-verified jobs where the complaint is raised more

than 5 days after completion.
