EnjoWork ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, phone number, email, city, pincode and
locality when you register.
- Booking details — the services you request, the professionals you
contact, the reviews you leave, and OTP-verified job completions.
- Payment information — we do not store your card or bank details.
Razorpay securely processes payments and returns only a transaction ID, method type (card / UPI / netbanking / wallet) and the last 4 digits of your card for your records.
- Device information — IP address, browser type and device identifiers
for fraud prevention and abuse detection.
How we use your information
- To connect you with verified local professionals.
- To verify identity, prevent fake reviews and enforce our OTP-based
completion system.
- To process subscriptions and send job confirmations.
- To improve our service, analyse trends and respond to support requests.
Sharing
We share limited profile information (first name, contact number and address) with the professional you book, only after they accept your request. We never sell your data.
Your rights
- Access, update or delete your account information from your dashboard.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- Request deletion of your personal data by emailing
privacy@enjowork.com — we will respond within 30 days.
