Safety Guidelines

Your safety is our highest priority. Please follow these guidelines for a smooth and secure experience.

For customers

  • Verify the professional's ID — all EnjoWork pros carry a

platform-issued ID badge. Ask to see it before work begins.

  • Use the in-app booking — never arrange work off-platform; doing so

voids our OTP verification and review protections.

  • Share the completion OTP responsibly — only share it after you are

satisfied with the work. The OTP is your proof of job completion.

  • Inspect the work before confirming completion. Once you share the

OTP the booking closes.

  • Keep personal information private — share only what's necessary

for the job (your address, preferred time). Do not share bank details, passwords or personal documents.

For professionals

  • Dress and behave professionally on every job.
  • Use the in-app "Start Job" flow — the 6-digit OTP shown to the

customer is your end-of-job verification.

  • Never ask for the OTP before completing the work to the customer's

satisfaction.

  • Report unsafe situations immediately to support@enjowork.com.

If something goes wrong

  • Emergency — dial 100 (police) or 112 (unified emergency) first.
  • Then email support@enjowork.com or call +91 80 0000 0000 to report

the incident.

  • We review every safety report within 24 hours.

Account safety

  • Use a strong, unique password.
  • Never share your OTPs, passwords, or verification codes with anyone —

including EnjoWork staff.

  • Enable phone-verification at registration to secure your account.
